What to expect and schedule for the Doe Castle Tour

This tour has lots to offer, filled with breathtaking scenery and Irish history in the Gaeltacht area of Ireland where English is the second language. Here you visit Doe Castle, built in the 16th century, and the medieval ruins of Rye and Tullaghobegley church. There will be a stop in Donegal town and lunch at the famous Leo’s Tavern. Along the way, there is a stop at Bloody Foreland, this is a spectacular scenic point for that perfect Instagram shot.

This is a great tour for families of all ages.

9:00 Meet in from of the shop at Ardglass Cottages in Portsalon

10:00 - Doe Castle

11:30 - Rye and Tullaghobegley church

1:00-2:30 Lunch at Leo’s Tavern

3:00 pm Scenic stops at Bloody Foreland.

4:00 Return to Ardglass Cottages
