There is private on-site parking to the front of the property and a large decking area, furnished with outdoor table and chairs, to the rear of the property. The house is centrally heated and also has an open fire in the sitting room. The kitchen and utility room are modern and fully equipped with all essential appliances. There are four comfortably furnished bedrooms, two have en suite bathrooms, there is an additional bathroom with electric shower upstairs. The house is approximately a 2/3 minute walk to beach, 5 minute walk to Golf Club, Golf Links, Pier/ Harbour and 5 minute walk to local shop.
