Ardglass Cottages is a beautiful development featuring 5 superb modern holiday homes in the beautiful village of Portsalon in North West Donegal. These wonderfully spacious holiday homes are furnished and decorated to a high standard. The cottages are located on an elevated site and enjoy wonderful panoramic views of Lough Swilly and the Inishowen Hills. The large landscaped grounds surrounding the cottages are a safe playground for children.
Great for big groups or large family holidays. Combined our five cottages will accommodate up to 44 adults. Thirty-two beds (20 single, 11 double, 1 King, plus 4 fold out cots for kids and 5 baby cots for infants) Each cottage has at least 2 full baths.
Our outdoor playground has a play structure and hop scotch deck. Large open spaces for sports, play football or rugby. The entire complex is fenced and gated for privacy and security. Within the enclosed grounds, there is also an indoor play area and the off license Gala Shop is just steps away.
Portsalon's wonderful blue flag beach is less than a 10 minute walk from the cottages. Another 5 minutes walk bring you to the entrance to the golf links.
WHAT ABOUT WiFi? Some people find having no WIFI on holiday is an advantage, keeping kids off their screens and allowing you to disconnect from the world. Nevertheless, we now have the option of installing a 4g router with sim in your cottage for 30€ per week, or 20€ per weekend. It is best to reserve ahead of time as supplies are limited.
