If there is one word to describe this historic property, it’s character! Generations have flourished in this precious home, owned and cherished by the same family for decades, a true Irish treasure. Wood fires and cast iron stoves add to the charm and authenticity. Still, there is plenty of room to stretch out with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of fun for the kids, in the side garden you’ll find is a tire swing, and in the annex, there is a full size ping pong table. Five minute walk east and you’re on the beach, five minutes walk to the west, and you’re at the local Gala shop. The Portsalon Pier and Golf Course are also walkable, under 1K. To top it off, you will be greeted with a welcome basket of goodies, plus tea and coffee to get you started

THINGS TO NOTE:

This house is heated exclusively by wood stoves.
This building is a duplex, see the photo below. The Drum House is the front 2/3rds of the building and the rear 1/3 is a separate dwelling. Each dwelling has a separate entrance, separate garden and separate parking areas, the driveway is the only thing that is shared.
The Drum house parking area can accommodate up to 3 cars.
This house is meant for a single family and not a friend group of only adults. Please keep the noise level down after 11pm to respect the neighbors.
No pets, No parties.
There is a 100€ booking deposit to be paid by invoice, the balance will be due in cash at check-in.
